CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate any adjustments to it. This includes canceling the order, adding or removing items, editing the order details, or changing the shipping address.

Certainly! Our website displays prices in USD, including the total cost of your order.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

 Our trusted carriers, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL, deliver to various destinations worldwide.

 

THE STYLE I WANTED IS SOLD OUT! HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF IT’S BEING RESTOCKED?

Items may sell out rapidly, but there's a possibility that we'll restock them. Join the product waitlist by providing your email address on the product page, and you'll be among the first to be notified when the item becomes available again!

 

WHY ISN’T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORKING?

Please ensure your spelling is correct. If you encounter any issues with your discount code, kindly contact our customer service team with your code, and we'll gladly assist you in troubleshooting.

 

I FORGOT TO ADD MY DISCOUNT CODE. CAN YOU APPLY IT AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to apply the discount code retroactively. Please save this code for your next order!

 

I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?

If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team at hello@rosedaleworld.com

 

MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages.

 

CAN I USE MY OWN RETURN SHIPPING LABEL FOR A DOMESTIC RETURN?

Return requests must be submitted through our return portal. After submitting your request, you will receive an email with your return shipping label. At this time, our returns portal only supports domestic returns. 

 

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

We strive to process your refund within 5-10 days of receiving your delivery. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

If you believe we should have received your return, please reach out to our Customer Care team at hello@rosedaleworld.com. Kindly provide your order number and proof of postage, clearly displaying the tracking number, weight, and delivery address. We'll be happy to assist you in resolving this matter.

 

I’M OUTSIDE OF THE 14 DAY RETURN PERIOD, CAN I STILL RETURN MY ITEMS?

If the order was received more than 14 days ago, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept it for a refund or replacement. According to our company policy, all items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

 

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments.

If a return and re-order is attempted, we will deny the return request and will only refund what was paid on the duplicate order.

 

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

If by any chance you have received the wrong item, kindly reach out to us within 7 days of delivery through our 'Contact Us' page or via hello@rosedaleworld.com

Please provide the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The item you were supposed to receive
  • The incorrect item received
  • A clear photograph of the incorrect item
